Hi g!rlfriend!

I hope you were able to come to our 2009 G! EVENT!  It was truly a memorable night as 260 women gathered to enjoy a night of unlimited fun and friendship as they experienced the incredible life that’s found in Jesus Christ.  We shared a delicious meal, got wild and crazy as we sang and moved (Baptist dancing) with the River Chicks, and worshipped our Father as Kim Hill led us in life-changing music.  Finally, we were entertained, inspired, encouraged and challenged by Lisa Harper. We laughed, we cried and we identified as she spoke on “A Perfect Mess”.  Doesn’t that speak our language?  We try to be the perfect wife, mom, employee, house-keeper, dieter, etc. only to mess up or feel like we’ve made a mess of life.  Sometimes we are left cleaning up a mess we didn’t make and occasionally, life splatters us with a mess that leaves an indelible stain.  So, how can a mess be perfect?  In the hands of a loving Messiah, our “mess” can be turned into a “mess-age” of God’s sovereignty, love and intervention.  Jesus Messiah took our mess on the cross and gave us the message of salvation.  Now that’s Perfect g!rlfriend!

We’ve designed women’s ministry to be all about you becoming all about God!  We know that g!rlfriends are truly unlimited if they will live life in the strength and power of Jesus Christ.   Look around the website and ask God where He wants you to connect to grow and serve.  So, g!rlfriend, what are you waiting for?  Take the first step to somewhere.  You will discover the God who does more than we can even ask or think or imagine in our wildest dreams! 

Don’t forget…”God-friend” time in 2009!  He can’t turn our mess into a mess-age for His glory if we don’t seek Him and worship Him as Lord and friend.  He will be a forever friend who will even keep us out of the messes if we will follow Him closely!
